Our number one goal is to help you improve your health so that you can increase both the quality and quantity of time in your life. This means avoiding diseases such as Alzheimer’s, cancer, and heart disease while keeping your bones, muscles, brain, and heart strong so that you can remain independent and active. Science has already shown that exercise can assist with all of these. The good news is deliberate heat and cold exposure, as well as compression, can help with these goals too. We want to help you live a long and healthy life participating in all the activities that you love!

We stand firm on providing services with a sound foundation in science. The protocols we use are based on the latest published research and we work hard to avoid any fads and fakes. While most places will tell you to "just get in for 30 minutes," we will only be recommending the scientifically backed protocols. This means sticking to the specific temperatures and time as they relate to each health benefit.

High Quality Customized Care

What sets us apart from others is our ability to provide you with high-quality, customized care. There are no cookie cutter plans here because no two people are alike. Our wellness coaches respect your body, your abilities, your preferences, and your goals. The skill of combining the science with your unique capabilities and current lifestyle factors to help you reach a specific goal is what we like to call "the art coaching." We promise to provide the highest level of personalized care combining the science with your current body, abilities, preferences, and goals.

Assess, Improve, Maintain

We can’t reach our goals without knowing where we currently are today and regularly checking along the journey to make sure we are on the right path to our destination. Our wellness coaches gather data during your initial session. They then guide you on choosing the right recovery tools for your goals, provide you with safe, scientifically based protocols to reach your goals, and measure your progress using the AIM Longevity Lab Report. Every month, you’ll receive a full report documenting your progress from the previous month and since your first day. Using the Inside View Advanced Assessments, you’ll be able to see whether the exercise, nutrition, sleep, recovery, supplements, and lifestyle interventions you’re choosing really are moving you closer to your health goals, and ultimately, to improved longevity.
